A pleasant place with eclectic fare. Large portions, good middle-eastern appetizers.

Located adjacent to the Bryn Mawr Theatre (see picture).

Good desserts! [JB, BMC96, 3/23/96]

Our dinner at Marbles was absolutely delicious!!! We started off with chicken vegetable orzo soup, then had an appetizer of fried calamari. Our entree was sauteed monkfish served over penne with tomatoes, roasted peppers, artichokes and olives in a garlic and wine sauce. It was fabulous!!! We had a great waitress who catered to our every need and I can't wait to go back. [GK, 8/11/96]

An "insider" reported to me that the place is filthy and has been cited. [GK, 2/18/98]

Nice pita pizzas. Good staple lunch place. [VK BMC 98, 3/20/98]

My husband and I ate, last night, at Marbles and we both had a terrific dinner. We both started out with a bowl of chicken lentil soup, which was delicious. My husband had St. Peter's fish which was baked in a crab and mustard crust. Wonderful! My entree was sesame-crusted mahi mahi over stir fried rice with chopped vegetables. Delicious! We decided that we will try to eat here, at least once a month. [GK, 7/4/98]

I've been to Marbles a few times and the dinners are terrific. Their chefs are so creative. My husband and I like to go there for the daily fish specials. [GK, 10/2/98]
